Pamela Occhipinti

Pamela Occhipinti has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in selection, training, and development. Currently serving as the Responsabile Selezione Formazione e Sviluppo at Rail Traction Company Spa since December 2008, responsibilities include managing skills assessment processes, resource mapping, analyzing training needs, and developing individual and corporate training plans. Previously, Pamela held roles as Specialista Selezione e Sviluppo and Assistente Risorse Umane at the same company, and worked as Coordinatore interno area Formazione at Niederdorf Italia Srl and as Responsabile di Filiale at Temporary Spa. Pamela graduated with a degree in Philosophy from Università degli Studi di Verona.
