Drew Fitzgerald

Drew Fitzgerald has a diverse work experience in various roles. Drew started their career as a Customer Support Representative at Railinc Corp. in July 2013. After that, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist from March 2014 to May 2015. Drew then transitioned to the role of a Product Support Specialist I from May 2015 to August 2016, and subsequently, as a Product Support Specialist II from August 2016 to June 2017. Moving up the ladder, they served as a Business Analyst I from June 2017 to June 2018 and later as a Business Analyst II from June 2018 to September 2018. Finally, Drew assumed the position of Manager Product Support in September 2018, and their tenure at Railinc Corp. is ongoing.

Before joining Railinc Corp, Drew worked as a Teacher at Durham Public Schools from January 2007 to June 2013.

Drew Fitzgerald pursued their education in the field of Elementary Education and Teaching. From 2002 to 2004, they attended North Carolina State University. Following this, they enrolled at East Carolina University, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from 2004 to 2007.
