Diane Müller

Diane Müller has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Diane is currently the Chief People Officer at Railnova since February 2021. Prior to that, Diane worked as an HR Consultant at Happy Bees from January 2018 to February 2021, where they focused on projects such as employer branding, recruitment strategy, and HR process development. Diane also served as the Human Resources Director at ESSERRE PHARMA from June 2019 to December 2020, where they built the HR department, developed recruitment strategies, and oversaw various HR functions. In addition, Diane worked as an Internship Coordinator at the European School of Economics from October 2016 to December 2017, providing guidance and support to students entering the professional world. Diane also gained experience as a Project Office Assistant at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" from January 2015 to September 2017, managing procedures and contracts for the EurogammaS Project Office. Prior to that, Diane worked at BOURBON as an HR/Crew Coordinator from September 2012 to August 2014, where they managed staff rotations, career evolutions, and training needs. Diane also worked as a Crew Assistant at BOURBON for a brief period in 2012, coordinating visas, travel, and accommodation for the crew. Before their time at BOURBON, Diane briefly served as a Hospitality Services Officer at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company in 2012. Diane's work experience dates back to their student years, where they worked as a Welcome Officer, Seater, and Waitress at Théâtre de Vevey from 2002 to 2010.
