Emma Matthews

Emma Matthews has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Emma started their career at Morgan McKinley in 2009 as a Consultant specializing in Asset Management. In this role, they provided recruitment services to various clients in the industry. In 2011, they joined TT International as an Operations Analyst and stayed with the company until 2015. During their time at TT International, they gained experience in operations analysis. In 2015, Emma moved on to Railpen, where they initially served as an Investment Operations Senior Analyst. Emma then progressed to the role of Investment Operations Change Lead in 2022.

Emma Matthews attended Bromley High School GDST from 2002 to 2004, where they achieved three A* grades and eight A grades in their GCSEs, including English, Maths, and Science. Emma then studied at Eltham College from 2004 to 2006, where they completed A-Levels in Geography, Biology, English Literature, and History, earning an A grade in each subject. Emma went on to attend the University of Leeds from 2006 to 2009, where they graduated with a 2.1 honors degree in Geography.
