Michelle Bellwood

Michelle Bellwood is an experienced management professional currently serving as Implementation and Service Manager at Railpen since June 2021. Prior to this, Michelle held multiple positions at North Yorkshire County Council, starting in 2003, including Service Manager for Corporate Systems, where leadership of a team responsible for over 50 corporate systems took place, focusing on ITIL-aligned system management. Michelle also managed the Service Centre, overseeing the Service Desk and achieving SDI certification for the first council in the UK. Earlier experience includes a role as Information Services Manager at Orange Plc from 1992 to 2003. Michelle holds a Post Graduate Certification in Management from Leeds Beckett University.
