Mary Speranza has over 10 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as the Managing Director of Executive Recruitment at MS Sterling Search, focusing on technical candidates in IT, engineering, sales, business development, accounting, finance, and tax. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Senior National Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Dell, working with the Sales and Storage team in Austin, Texas. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at LinkedIn, operating the world's largest professional network on the Internet with more than 187 million members in over 200 countries.
