Manoj Tandon

Manoj Tandon is an experienced telecommunications professional with over 26 years in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Project, Operations & Maintenance at RailTel Corporation of India Ltd since September 2016, Manoj leads national operations and maintenance for Telecom & ICT assets while driving efficiency and business growth initiatives. Previously held high-level roles at Bharti Airtel Limited, including Head OSS, where Manoj was responsible for OSS projects and execution, and General Manager roles focused on marketing and service quality management. Manoj also has experience across various companies in network operations and maintenance, starting with early roles at Crompton Greaves Limited and NELCO. Manoj holds a B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunications from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology and completed management studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2019.
