Joseph Lysiak

Joseph Lysiak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Maintenance Manager at Rain Carbon Inc since November 2016, Joseph has honed skills in plant operations and maintenance oversight. Prior roles include Installation Technician at Mobile Audio and Security, Mechanical Engineer at Bayou Steel Group, and Reliability Engineer at ArcelorMittal, where a strong engineering foundation was established. Joseph began a career at Morton's The Steakhouse as Boardroom Captain. An alumnus of the University of New Orleans, Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2012.
