Sean Smith

Sean Smith is an experienced logistics professional with a robust background in managing transportation systems and supply chain operations. Currently serving as Logistics Manager for North America at Rain Carbon Inc since January 2015, Sean oversees the coordination of raw materials and finished products both domestically and internationally while focusing on cost minimization. Previous roles include Logistics Superintendent at CB&I, where Sean managed shipments and materials staging, and Process Technician at Shell, where responsibilities included maintaining manufacturing equipment and training new hires. Sean's career in logistics began at Alcoa as Logistics Manager, coordinating all shipment processes. Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Louisiana State University-Alexandria, expected in May 2024, and an Associate's degree in Chemical Process Technology from SOWELA Technical Community College.
