Mandy Pierce

Mandy Pierce is an experienced educational leader and advocate, currently serving as the Executive Director at Rain City Rock Camp. Previously, Mandy held the role of Contract Manager for the Refugee School Impact Grant at School's Out Washington, where responsibility included ensuring equitable access to grant funds for disadvantaged communities. As the Founder and Consultant for Educational Justice Advocates, Mandy focused on anti-racist educational reform and strategic youth services. Additionally, Mandy has provided mentorship and educational opportunities for neurodiverse young adults as a Job Coach at Seattle Public Schools, and has a diverse background in teaching, curriculum development, and architectural design, holding degrees in Architecture and Curriculum and Instruction.
