Norine MacDonald KC

Norine MacDonald KC's work experience includes being the President Founder of RAIN Defense + AI and RAIN Group Artificial Intelligence + Defense since January 2021. Prior to this, they were President of ICOS from January 2001 to October 2021. Norine also served as a Visiting Distinguished Research Fellow at the National Defense University from July 2016 to January 2020.
