Kelsey Williams

Kelsey Williams is an experienced program manager currently with RAIN Group, where responsibilities include implementing and managing the Client Results process for APAC engagements, as well as overseeing global digital reporting of Client Results. Prior to this role, Kelsey served as Regional Manager for CROSSMARK in South Island New Zealand, leading a team of 80-100 field activation personnel to meet client compliance and ensure high-quality execution. Kelsey's earlier experience includes being a Key Account Executive at Gordon and Gotch Australia and a Senior Operations Manager at Dee Why RSL Pty Ltd, focusing on operational excellence and effective communication between management and internal departments. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a major in Cinematography/Photomedia and a minor in Business Law from UNSW.
