Topper Pardoe

Topper Pardoe is an experienced marketing professional and business owner with a robust background in promotional programs and brand development. Currently, Topper leads Rainbow Advertising & Promotions, specializing in a variety of services including creative design, printing, screen printing, and trade show programs since 2004. Prior tenure includes co-founding Ascend Marketing, a full-service marketing firm, and serving as Senior VP of Marketing at WebLink Wireless, where significant revenue growth and company restructuring were achieved. Topper also held pivotal roles at Verizon, GTE, ConAgra Foods, Alberto Culver, and Procter & Gamble, demonstrating a consistent record of leadership in marketing strategy and brand management. Topper holds an MBA in Marketing from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Veterinary Studies from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
