Joe Bernard

Joe Bernard is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and operations within various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Finance & Operations at Rainbow Child Development Center, Joe is responsible for financial operations and risk management in a nonprofit early education setting. Prior roles include Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at C&K, where Joe oversaw comprehensive financial planning processes and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Joe’s leadership experience encompasses roles at Netcracker Technology, where strategic financial planning and team development were key responsibilities, and roles at Carbon Black, Inc. focusing on financial modeling and analysis. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and a Master of Liberal Arts in Finance from Harvard Extension School.
