Jackie Fleck

Jackie Fleck has a diverse work experience in various industries. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Rainbow Energy Center, where they were responsible for managing business development projects and overseeing the company's ESG strategy.

Prior to that, Jackie worked at Basin Electric Power Cooperative in several roles. Jackie served as a Business System Analyst, providing support for supply chain-related software and processes. Jackie also worked as a Purchasing Agent, handling purchase orders and supplier performance processes. Additionally, they held the role of Associate Contract Administrator, where they awarded and administered contracts for labor, materials, services, repairs, and equipment. Jackie started their career at Basin Electric as an Employment Recruiter, responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes.

Before joining Basin Electric, Jackie worked as a Human Resources Generalist at CHI St. Alexius Health, where they assisted in various HR functions such as payroll, benefits, and recruitment. Jackie also prepared Affirmative Action reports and Workforce Analyses.

Earlier in their career, Jackie worked at St. Gabriel's Community as a Human Resources Lead, where they supported the general operations of the HR department and handled recruitment duties. Jackie later became the Director of Community Development, responsible for HR operations, recruiting and training new employees, managing personnel records and benefits, and providing support during the corrective action process.

Throughout their career, Jackie has demonstrated their expertise in business development, supply chain management, procurement, contract administration, and human resources.

Jackie Fleck attended North Dakota State University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration. In 2015, they received the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
