Akila Fernando

Akila Fernando is an experienced professional in human resources and administration, currently serving as an Associate HR and Administration at Rainco Private Limited since September 2022, previously holding the position of Trainee HR and Administration. Prior experience includes working as an Office Assistant at the National Water Supply and Drainage Board from June 2019 to April 2020, and an internship at the Bank of Ceylon from August 2018 to February 2019. Akila holds a Bachelor of Management Studies Degree in Business Management from the Open University of Sri Lanka, completed in 2022, as well as a Higher Diploma in Management Studies from the same institution, and a degree in Automobile Technology from Wayamba Technical College.
