Kelsey Ray

Kelsey Ray is a Manager of Corporate Engagement & Partnerships at Rainforest Alliance, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kelsey served as Senior Advisor, Deputy Program Director, Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City between June 2016 and October 2022. Kelsey also led the Surveys Team for the Communities Speaks Research Project at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs while pursuing a Master of International Affairs degree, specializing in Economic Development, Management, and Quantitative Analysis. Kelsey has additional experience as a Summer Associate in Global Philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a Business Management Trainee at Nokia, and as Country Director of Business Development and Exchange for AIESEC Rwanda. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in French from Texas A&M University and studied at the University of Lausanne.
