Anja Lyngsmark

Anja Lyngsmark currently serves as a Digital Communications and Engagement Specialist at Save the Children Norway since September 2023. With extensive experience in communications, Anja has been with Rainforest Foundation Norway since April 2010, holding various roles including Senior Communications Adviser/Campaign Coordinator, Senior Policy and Campaigns Adviser, and Senior Adviser Individual and Corporate Engagement. Anja's earlier tenure includes a position as Communications Officer at the Norwegian Red Cross from June 2004 to March 2010, where responsibilities included serving as Communications Manager and Web Director for the youth division and as a campaigns consultant. Prior experience also includes a role as Communications Officer at Mattilsynet/Norwegian Food Safety Authority. Anja holds a Communications degree from Volda University College and a Cand. Mag. from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
