Lauren Harold has worked in various roles within the client services and customer experience field. With experience at iContact and Rainforest QA, Lauren has overseen teams tasked with client retention and satisfaction. In addition to their roles in client services, Lauren has also worked as a Sales Manager at Carolina Brewery. Lauren is also a member of The Alliance of Women in Tech Leadership. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
