Susan Springer-Little, MA, LSW, MSN, RN, is an experienced psychiatric nurse and mental health professional with a diverse background in case management and nursing. Currently serving as a Psychiatric Nurse at Sierra Tucson and as a Case Manager for Kaiser Permanente, Susan has also held various roles including UR Nurse/Specialist at Rainier Springs and HCC Manager at Legend Senior Living™. Susan's extensive experience includes mental health, outpatient care, and home health social work, complemented by a strong educational foundation that includes a Master's degree in Nursing Education and training as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With a commitment to patient care and community support, Susan integrates social work and counseling skills into every aspect of professional practice.
