Neville Moses

Neville Moses has a diverse work experience in the technology and insurance industry. Neville currently serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of Cloverly Specialty, an InsurTech company that offers innovative solutions for Risk Capital Partners. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and Investor at RaisinBread and the Founder and Venture Advisor at Valuense Digital Labs.

Neville also has experience as the Co-Founder and CEO of MG Square, an InsureTech company that provides a native-cloud platform for the insurance marketplace. Neville was responsible for creating a flexible and cost-optimized model to support startup and transformational organizations.

Before entering the InsurTech sector, Neville worked as a Franchisee Owner at Tide Dry Cleaners and as a Business Analytics and Information Management Leader at Scottsdale Insurance/Nationwide E&S/Specialty. Neville also held various executive roles at Crestbrook, where they were responsible for operations, innovation, technology, and other business services.

Earlier in their career, Neville served as the Associate Vice President of IT at Scottsdale Insurance Company, where they managed various IT teams and successfully delivered multiple projects. Neville also held roles in IT innovation and program management. Prior to that, they worked at ThoughtWorks as an Account Manager, overseeing the delivery of complex IT projects for clients in the finance industry.

Neville's career began at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Senior Manager, focusing on account management, delivery management, and business development.

Neville Moses completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at Loyola College from 1982 to 1985. Neville then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from Loyola College from 1986 to 1989. Neville further enhanced their educational qualifications by obtaining a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University between 1989 and 1991.
