Reetta Andolin

Reetta (Kivelä) Andolin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the food industry and academia. Reetta has held positions such as Chief Innovation Officer at Raisio, Co-Owner and board member at Vilvest Oy, and Professor of Practice at the University of Helsinki. Reetta has also been involved in founding companies like Nordic Umami Company and Gold&Green Foods Ltd, where they served as Chief Technology Officer. Their research background includes roles as a Researcher at University of Helsinki and Fazer, focusing on oat fiber and beta-glucan interactions in foods.

Reetta (Kivelä) Andolin completed their MSc in Food Chemistry at the University of Helsinki from 1996 to 2003. Reetta then went on to obtain their Doctor of Science degree in Food Technology from the same university from 2007 to 2011.
