Zinaida Mazaeva has a wealth of experience in the legal sector. Zinaida began their professional career in 2009 as a Recruiter for Greenpeace. In 2011, they moved on to become an Office Manager for Medina-Universe LLC. In 2014, they gained legal experience as a Legal Intern for Cliff Legal Service. In 2015, they held the roles of Junior Lawyer, Lawyer & Consultant, and Senior Lawyer for INFINITY GROUP. Also in 2015, they were a Legal Intern for Shatters Ltd. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Lead Legal Counsel for GSL Law and Consulting. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Legal Officer for Raison and Raison Asset Management. During their time in these roles, Zinaida has performed analysis of clients' business activity, advised C-suite on corporate structuring and governance, tax strategy, cross-border transactions, international policies, procedures and regulations, consulted and onboarded first-time clients, identified possible commercial opportunities and compliance risks, attracted new clients, incorporated legal entities, coordinated and cooperated with foreign offices, international banks, third-party service providers, notaries, and government authorities around the world, and drafted licensing agreements, agreements for the alienation of exclusive rights, and constituent corporate documents of Russian legal entities.
