Ricardo van der Pluijm

Ricardo van der Pluijm is an accomplished Systems Architect at RAITH Group, involved in R&D and Technology Development since January 2017. Prior roles include Mechanical Systems Engineer in both the R&D and Engineering departments, where responsibilities encompassed project management for the Raith EBPG series electron beam lithography tools, conducting feasibility studies, drafting system requirements, and optimizing thermal and flow stability.
