Michael Morales

Michael Morales has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Michael currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at Raiz Federal Credit Union since October 2022, where they are responsible for overseeing the operations of the organization. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Real Estate and Business Lending at Raiz Federal Credit Union starting from August 2021. Before joining Raiz Federal Credit Union, Michael worked at WestStar Bank as the Vice President of Credit Operations from February 2014 to August 2021. Michael also had a role as the Operations Manager at Strategic Lending Group from January 2013 to February 2014. Earlier in their career, Michael was a Branch Manager at Navy Federal Credit Union from February 2009 to January 2013 and at Wells Fargo from July 2003 to January 2009.

Michael Morales earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at El Paso between 1999 and 2003. Then, between 2011 and 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas A&M University-San Antonio.
