Penny Schiffer

Penny Schiffer is the Co-Founder and CEO of Raized.ai, a company that provides a platform to help businesses automate their customer support. Prior to Raized.ai, Penny was the Head of Startup Initiatives at Swisscom, where they were responsible for bringing external innovation from startups into the company. Penny has also worked as a management consultant and project manager at Accenture AG.

Penny Schiffer has a MBA from Boston University and a Master's in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business. Penny also has a Diplom/Masters in Organizational Psychology from Universität Osnabrück and a BSc in Psychology from Bangor University. Penny is also a certified Startup Board Member from the EPFL Innovation Park and has a certification in CAS System Technology from the ZHAW School of Engineering.
