Monielle Mateo is an experienced engineering manager and IT project manager with a strong background in software development and project coordination. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Raízen, Monielle coordinates two development teams, ensuring technical oversight and individual development planning. Previous experience includes managing IT projects at EBANX, leading projects at Grupo GFT with international scope, and various roles in software analysis and development across multiple organizations.
