Karen Peñaloza

Karen Peñaloza serves as the Residential Manager at Raj Properties, overseeing operations and maintenance for two apartment buildings since July 2021, while fostering positive relationships with residents and stakeholders. Simultaneously, since January 2020, Karen has been a Front Office Assistant at UC Berkeley's Department of Music, managing communications, transactions, and document maintenance.
