Christine Mabilat-Baillais is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at RAJA, where she reports to the CEO, Owner, and President. With a background in HR and Labor Law, Christine has held various HR leadership roles at companies such as Disneyland Paris, SCJ, and Nike. She has experience in talent acquisition, total reward, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and organizational transformation. Throughout her career, Christine has worked closely with senior leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives and support business needs across multiple countries in Europe.
