Deepanwita Mukherjee

Deepanwita Mukherjee is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent management, employee development, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Deputy Vice President of Human Resources at ICICI Lombard since September 2021, Deepanwita has also held the same title at Bharti AXA General Insurance from November 2017 to September 2021. Additionally, Deepanwita works as an assessor at Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies and has served in various HR roles at Wipro and ICICI Bank, focusing on learning and development, workforce transitions, and engaging local talent in different regions, including Egypt. Deepanwita holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting & Auditing from the University of Mumbai.
