Maria Michael Lavanya is an experienced professional in the field of customer success and marketing, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts at Raksha Technologies since January 2022. Previously, from July 2015 to June 2022, Maria held the position of Marketing Manager, focusing on digital marketing and demand generation while also participating in the design of call monitoring formats, evaluating agent calls, and managing public relations challenges. Prior to this, Maria worked as the Director of Customer Service at WIRED Events & Entertainment from February 2011 to December 2014. Maria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, earned after completing education at Fatima Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Chennai.
