Sanjay Rajasekhar has extensive experience in the technology industry. In 2020, they became the President of RAKSUL India and Co-Founder and CTO of Josys Inc. At Josys, they are on a mission to take the B2B SaaS business global. In 2019, they were an Investor, Advisor and Mentor for Hi-Tech Startups. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Engineering Head & GM, Home & Building Technologies and Software Transformation Leader for Honeywell. From 2009 to 2016, they were the Senior Director, Global Product R&D Head and India BU Leader for Dell EMC. From 2006 to 2009, they were the Director, R&D and Professional Services for CSG. From 1995 to 2006, they were the Senior Manager, Next-Gen Wireless Product Development for Nortel Networks. Additionally, in 1994, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Computer Science Engineering Department at The University of Texas at Arlington.

Sanjay Rajasekhar has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University. Sanjay then pursued a Master of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington from 1993 to 1995. Sanjay also attended The University of Texas at Dallas for Business Administration from 2000 to 2001.
