Freebody Mensah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Freebody is currently working as the Director of Information Security & Governance at Rakuten International. In this role, Freebody is responsible for developing and executing compliance risk identification, assessment, and management strategies. Freebody is also leading a team of information security professionals and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to implement security initiatives.

Prior to their current role, Freebody served as the Senior Manager of Information Security at Rakuten International. In this position, they oversaw security strategy initiatives and led a team of professionals focusing on security risk management solutions. Freebody also developed and executed compliance training programs and built policy enforcement systems.

And at A.O.E Law & Associates, they were the Senior Director of IT & Engineering, overseeing IT operations and technical service functions.

Freebody Mensah received an Associate's degree in Systems Engineering from Star Computer Training School in 1999-2000. Freebody later earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science & Information Systems from Brigham Young University–Hawaii in 2004-2008. Additionally, in 2013, they obtained a certification as an AccessData Certified Forensic Examiner (ACE) from AccessData.
