Neal Guo

Neal Guo has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager and previously as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Rakuten Viki since September 2020. Prior roles include Lead Recruiter at Adyen from November 2019 to July 2020, Recruitment Manager at IKEA from April 2017 to November 2019, and Senior Talent Specialist at Korn Ferry from December 2014 to March 2017. Neal Guo holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor's degree from the National University of Singapore, completed in June 2011.
