Shen-Hau C.

Shen-Hau C. is the current Director of UX & Design at Rakuten Viki. Shen-Hau was previously a software engineering intern at Viki, Inc., where they re-designed and improved the algorithms of determining popular and trending TV shows for each country and region. Shen-Hau also built a dashboard for aggregating data including page views and minutes watched for each show. Shen-Hau was also a software developer intern at Autodesk, where they successfully developed a content platform online for Autodesk vertical products using MEAN stack, and built a plugin for Autodesk MEP. Shen-Hau is a graduate of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, where they majored in Computer Science. Shen-Hau has also worked as an IT assistant at the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (VietCham), and as a contestant in the National Informatics Contest for Students.

Shen-Hau C. graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Shen-Hau also has a High School diploma in Informatics from High School for Gifted Students - Hanoi University of Science. Furthermore, they have received certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in AWS Certified Developer – Associate, from CNCF [Cloud Native Computing Foundation] in CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator, and from Google in Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer.
