Trong Nguyen

Trong Nguyen is a skilled UX designer with extensive experience in leading user-centered design initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at Rakuten Viki since March 2023, Trong previously held roles at Carousell Group where responsibilities included leading the design of Auto/Property/Home services and revamping the web experience for diverse markets in Southeast Asia. Prior experience includes positions as a UX Designer at Leflair Vietnam, creating a new website design, and as a UI/UX Designer at Code Engine Studio, developing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The educational background includes a User Research certification from the Interaction Design Foundation and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Danang University of Technology.
