Raghu Datta

Raghu Datta is an accomplished engineering manager at Rakuten since June 2020, responsible for fostering a safe workplace, providing feedback on product and career development, and preparing technical proposals and reports. Previously, Raghu served as a technical lead at Freight Tiger and Prenetics, ensuring high-quality output through design and code reviews, and as a senior software engineer at ESAB, focusing on maintaining features and performing UI designs. Earlier experience as a full stack web developer at Wipro involved developing front-end architecture and backend support for websites.
