Tamar Knochenmus

Tamar Knochenmus has extensive experience in project management and human resources, currently serving as Project Manager and Human Resources Associate at Ralco since March 2006. Responsibilities include aiding the HR Director with employee relations, managing new hire orientation, serving as the key contact for employee benefits, and coordinating wellness programs. In the marketing domain, Tamar has worked as a Marketing Production Manager, overseeing information coordination, proofing, quoting, order placement, and domestic trademarking. Additionally, Tamar served on the Board of House of Hope MN from July 2012 to March 2016 and has a background in cosmetology, working as a personal stylist and hair care consultant at Sonia's Family Haircare and Makin Waves Hair Salon. Educational qualifications include attendance at Stewarts School of Hairstyling and Bethel University.
