Lori Shumpert

Lori Shumpert is an experienced events manager currently serving at the Raleigh Convention Center since August 2022. Prior to this role, Lori held several positions within the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation, including Assistant Director of Premium Services and Premium Services Coordinator. Additional experience includes Front Of House Manager at Kings Theatre, Director of Theatre Services at Saenger Theatre and Mahalia Jackson Theatre, and Event Coordinator at The Pontchartrain Convention and Civic Center. Lori began their career in athletics and program coordination with roles at New Leaders, Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association, University of Memphis Athletics, and Tulane University Athletics. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi, earned in 2003.
