Neia Ash

Neia Ash is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Hugo since September 2023, Neia also holds a position as a Venture Associate at Rally Cap Ventures since November 2021. Neia's background includes a stint as a Venture Fellow at Monk's Hill Ventures in mid-2022 and previous roles as Head of Finance Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Lori from February 2019 to August 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Junior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from August 2015 to January 2019 and a brief role as a Product Supply Manager at Procter & Gamble in mid-2014. Neia holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Diplôme de Cuisine et de Pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
