Anna Leis is an experienced talent scout currently employed at Rally House since June 2016, specializing in sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates for management positions across all store locations. In addition to managing job postings and scheduling interviews, Anna continuously explores creative strategies to connect with potential candidates. Previously, Anna worked as a Human Resources Intern at Sungevity, where responsibilities included onboarding, maintaining confidentiality, and event planning. Anna's career began as a Teaching Assistant at KinderCare, focusing on creating lesson plans and communicating with parents about student progress. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Kansas State University and an Associate's degree in Biology from Pratt Community College.
