Charles Pimentel

Charles Pimentel is an experienced Automotive Technician with a career spanning over two decades in the automotive industry, specializing in BMW vehicles. Currently serving as a BMW certified Master Technician at Rallye BMW since January 2014, Charles has consistently demonstrated expertise in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing vehicles while maintaining an excellent customer satisfaction rate. Previous positions include similar roles at Habberstad BMW and BMW of Manhattan, where Charles also achieved zero comebacks in customer service. Charles possesses extensive training in BMW-specific courses and holds a New York State Department of Motor Vehicles Inspector Certification. Charles received formal education at Lincoln Tech from 2001 to 2002.
