Milena Johnson has a wealth of experience in the professional world. Milena began their career in 2009 as a Manager of Windsurfing Camp at Big Winds Hood River. In 2015, they joined CorePower Yoga as a Studio Experience Team. Milena also worked at Aspen Skiing Company as a Buttermilk Kids Professional. In 2016, Johnson worked at Cascade Kiteboarding as a Reservations Coordinator, La Ventana Classic as a Sponsorship & Event Logistics Manager, Keystone Science School as a Marketing and Development Coordinator, and Athletes for Cancer as a Logistics & Sponsorship Coordinator. In 2018, Johnson took on the role of Seed Fund Analyst at Cascade Seed Fund. In 2020, Johnson joined RallyUp.com as Chief Operating Officer, Director of Strategic Growth, and Strategic Growth Manager.

In 2015, they participated in the University of Denver Field Study Program in Geography. In 2014, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Universidad Pablo de Olavide. In addition, they obtained certifications in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word from Microsoft in November 2012.
