Erica Wilhelmy

Erica Wilhelmy is a seasoned product designer with a strong focus on user experience and design leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Rally UXR, Erica has held various prominent positions in multiple companies, including Product Design Manager at Tropic and Product Design Architect at Eppo. Prior to these roles, Erica was the Director of Product Design and Platform Experience at JumpCloud, where responsibilities included managing a team of designers and enhancing IT Admin and End User experiences. With experience spanning from User Experience Manager at CA Technologies to User Experience Architect at Athlinks, Erica has consistently driven design culture, collaboration, and innovation in fast-paced environments. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Colorado State University.
