Iain Barrington-Light

Iain Barrington-Light is the Founder and CEO of Ralph US, where Ralph NY was established in 2009 and Ralph LA in 2017, leading to significant growth from one to over eighty full-time team members. As Design and Creative Director at Ralph LDN, Iain oversees the design team, managing all visual output, creative ideation, and campaign strategy while ensuring brand integrity and quality control. Prior to founding Ralph, Iain served as a Senior Designer at Red Snapper, where responsibilities included the vision and design of websites, games, and interactive media, as well as managing the creative process from ideation to delivery.
