Karen Duran

Karen Duran is an experienced HR specialist currently working at Ram Alloys, LLC since May 2019. In this role, Karen manages recruitment processes, benefits administration, and PTO management, while also fostering company culture through team-building initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Representative CSR at Alight Solutions, where Karen provided HR services for Marriott International, and roles in customer service and management at various fitness and medical organizations. Karen holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Health Communications from the University of Houston and an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Lonestar Community College.
