Spencer Moran

Spencer Moran is an accomplished construction management professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Managing Partner at RAM Construction since October 2015, Spencer focuses on delivering fair pricing, reliable schedules, and quality workmanship while remaining adaptable to client needs. Prior to this role, Spencer was a Partner at Nex Build from June 2009 to September 2015, overseeing the Northern and Southern California markets and actively engaging in project management on-site to ensure successful project completion. Spencer holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, completed in 2009.
