Matthew Zaborowski

Matthew oversees and directs operations of communities in Columbus, GA and Albany, GA. Matthew started with RAM Partners in 2018 as Property Manager of a 1,000 unit community after previously managing multiple communities with Greystone Properties, LLC. Matthew is a member of the Greater Columbus Apartment Association and has served on various committees to help spread education and develop relationships throughout the industry in Columbus, GA. With 14 years of hospitality and property management experience, he knows what it takes to lead successful, customer service driven teams. He has a sense of ownership and attention to detail that ensures the clients’ objectives are met.
