Sandra Kowalczyk

Sandra has over 28 years of experience in the real estate and property management industry. Prior to joining RAM Partners LLC, she worked as a Regional Supervisor at Draper and Kramer, Inc., managing a portfolio of over 2500 market rate apartment units in both the downtown and suburban Chicago markets. While at Draper and Kramer, Sandra participated in the Vistage Leadership program, served multiple terms as a board member for ABOMA, and served on the membership committee of the CAA. Prior to Draper and Kramer, she worked for Marquette Management overseeing luxury apartments communities, as well as F & F Realty, where she spent approximately 20 years holding several positions from Regional Property Manager, Hotel General Manager, Hotel Director of Sales, Director of Marketing and Admissions in Retirement communities, which gave her extensive experience in multiple facets of real estate management and redevelopment.
