Susan E. Brown

Susan Brown joined RAM Partners in 2005 and manages a portfolio of RAM properties in Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, and Wyoming. With oversight of fiscal accountability, marketing, personnel, and physical asset management, she has managed a diverse mix of communities from lease-up and rehab to Tax Credit and Section 8 properties. She graduated from the State University of New York and her many accolades include RAM’s Area Vice President of the Year award.
